Refund policy

At Velcira, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains how you can return an item, receive a refund, or request an exchange. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Ireland.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, security seals, and Velcira packaging must be intact
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@velcira.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-caused returns (wrong size, change of mind): return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Our error or faulty item (wrong item sent, damaged, defective): we will cover the return shipping cost in full
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. What you see is what you pay — no hidden costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velcira.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@velcira.com with your order number. After 2 hours, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery under this policy.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, mention this in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
UK & Ireland Consumer Rights
Customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland). These rights are not affected by this policy. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
