At Velcira, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, transparent, and reliable manner. All orders include free shipping — no hidden fees, no surprises.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the following countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland

No minimum order value required.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times run Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland only. We are not able to fulfill orders to other countries at this time.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.


Possible Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (e.g. holidays or sales)
  • Courier delays outside our control
  • Severe weather or other external events
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you proactively with an update.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Include: Order number and, attach photos of the damaged packaging to expedite the resolution.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.


Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Allow 1 additional business day as carriers sometimes mark items early
  3. Contact us at info@velcira.com if the issue persists and we will investigate with the carrier
